I took this TAK (Tallinn Autobuskoondis) express buss at 8:30 to Tartu. Journey took only 2,5 hours. This looked like old Soviet buss, but many of the buses are second hand buses from Finland. Drivers sell tickets, but it is better to buy express bus tickets at station, because ticket then includes reservation for free. My ticket was EEK 80.
